The 12 neighborhoods at Orchard Hills New Homes include Entrata, Vista Scena, Corte Bella, Terrazza, Strada and the gated enclave of Groves, which include Capella, La Vita, Messina, Vicenza, Saviero, Amelia, and Trevi.

Orchard Hills amenities include park, swimming pool, spa, BBQ and basketball field. Orchard Terrace Park, Orchard Vista Park and Bella Garden Park are planned.

Orchard Hills Settlers Park

Settlers Park is next to the entrance of the gated community Groves in Orchard Hills.  Behind  Settlers Park is Orchard Hills elementary school.

Park facilities include restrooms, drinking fountains, child play area, open play area, soccer field, 2 basketball courts, and volleyball court. Picnic facilities include 3 barbecues, 6 picnic tables, and group picnic area. There are 500 feet bike trail around the Settlers Park.
